Return Policy

Return Period

You may request a refund or cancellation within 14 days of your enrollment date, provided that the course has not yet commenced or has commenced but you have attended no more than one session. Requests made after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The course must not have been substantially completed
  • Any course materials provided must be returned in their original condition, if applicable

Return Shipping Costs

If physical course materials are provided and need to be returned, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defect in the materials provided.

  • Courses that have been substantially completed
  • Digital materials that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Personalized or customized course content
  • Services that have been fully rendered

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment at any time by contacting us. Cancellation requests made before the course start date will receive a full refund, subject to the return conditions outlined above.

Cancellation requests made after the course has started will be processed on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the number of sessions attended and any materials provided. Administrative fees may apply to cancellations made after the course commencement.

Refund Procedure

Once your return or cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by another method, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate refund method.
